Ms. Hill’s wealth of experience and leadership in Xaverian education, commitment to our mission, and strong personal ties to our school’s legacy make her the ideal choice to be our next Principal.
A Central Massachusetts native, Ms. Hill has a deep-rooted connection to the Saint John’s community. As the daughter of the late John Hill ’77 and niece of the late George Hill ’60, she was raised with the foundational values of Saint John’s, shaping her commitment to our mission from an early age.
Ms. Hill served here at Saint John’s from 2014 to 2020 as an esteemed member of our faculty, teaching high school English across a range of levels. In addition to her teaching role, she ran the Saint John’s Summer Programs, handling everything from course development to teacher recruitment and budgeting. Prior to her departure, Ms. Hill played a pivotal role in the exploratory committee tasked with assessing the possibility of expanding our school model to include grades seven and eight - a division that successfully launched in the Fall of 2020. During her time at Saint John’s, Ms. Hill chaired the Professional Development Committee, worked with the Yearbook Club, and moderated the Speech and Debate Team. She also found herself deeply involved in mission-driven Campus Ministry programs and offerings, such as the Saint John’s Leadership Institute (SJLI), Kairos, and Global Encounter programs.
Ms. Hill currently serves as the Assistant Principal for Academics at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, MA. In this role, she oversees all aspects of academics, including curriculum development, scheduling, and academic integrity. She works closely with students, supporting their academic success, and with faculty, providing mentorship and evaluation, particularly for new teachers.
Ms. Hill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education and English from Manhattan College and a Master’s Degree in School Leadership from Worcester State University. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Organizational Change & Leadership at Baylor University and is expected to graduate later this year.
We look forward to the vision, energy, and dedication she will bring to this important role.
