Swim & Dive

Swim & Dive | Grades 9-12

The Saint John’s High School Swim & Dive Program offers student-athletes the opportunity to develop their skills in two dynamic and competitive aquatic disciplines. Focused on both individual and team success, the program provides comprehensive training in swimming strokes, technique, and endurance, as well as diving skills, form, and precision. Led by experienced coaches, athletes receive personalized instruction to help them reach their full potential, whether they are competing in individual events or relay races. The team competes in local and regional meets, providing swimmers and divers with the chance to showcase their abilities and set personal records. In addition to athletic development, the Swim & Dive Program emphasizes discipline, perseverance, and sportsmanship, fostering a supportive environment where students learn the importance of hard work, resilience, and teamwork. Whether pursuing a future in collegiate swimming or diving, or simply striving to improve, Saint John’s Swim & Dive Program helps students grow both in the pool and in life.
Saint John’s High School has educated young men under the sponsorship of the Xaverian Brothers since 1898. Through the Saint John’s strong college preparatory curriculum, over 900 students in grades seven through twelve pursue personal and intellectual growth in an environment that is committed to the development of the whole person and recognizes a moral dimension of life through service to God and to others.
