Alumni Transcript Request

Transcript requests can be mailed or delivered in person to the Registrar’s Office.

To begin the request process, please complete the Alumnus/Past Student Transcript Release Form and send the completed form via email to: registrar@stjohnshigh.org.

Transcripts cost $10.

Payment can be made in person with form drop off, or mailed with completed request form to:

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
 
The Registrar is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all student academic records. An official transcript of the High School record will be issued by this office only with the written consent of the student. An official transcript bears the impression of the seal of Saint John’s High School. 

A transcript is the official record of a student's entire academic history at Saint John’s High School. The information provided on the transcript will include the following: student's name, address at the time of graduation, student ID, date of birth, year-by-year course history, individual school year grades and earned credits, cumulative earned credits, GPA and graduation date.

Please request a transcript by filling out the appropriate Transcript Request Form found on this page and submitting it to registrar@stjohnshigh.org. Transcript requests can also be mailed or faxed (see contact information above). Transcript requests cannot be accepted over the phone. 

FEES & PAYMENT OPTIONS

Payment can be made by cash, check or money order for alumni and past students. Checks and money orders should be made payable to Saint John’s High School. Credit cards are not accepted. US funds accepted only. Please mail your payment to Saint John's High School, Registrar's Office.

Alumni or past students:  $10.00 per request (not per transcript).

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow one to two weeks processing time. Note: Transcripts will be withheld where a financial obligation remains. Transcripts are processed in the order received. 
 
CONFIDENTIALITY OF RECORDS

Saint John’s High School complies with the requirements set out in The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended (PL 93-380, Section 438, the General Education Provisions Act).
