BE WELL STUDENT SUPPORT PROGRAM
WHAT IS BE WELL?
Be Well is a non-disciplinary program designed to help and support Saint John’s students in relation to concerns or questions with mental health, substance use, social media, and adolescent issues.
Be Well is designed for students to seek help for themselves, a family member, or a friend.
The Be Well Team has been established to offer students support and resources to keep our community safe.
WHY USE BE WELL?
Reaching out for help for yourself or others can be difficult, however, there are times when we need to ask for help in order to get the support needed!
