  • Robert R. Jay Performing Arts Center

    The Robert R. Jay Performing Arts Center is a state of the art theatre facility ideal for theatrical productions, concerts and lectures.  The facility boasts a full fly space, hydraulic orchestra pit and LED lighting.  Built in projection and sound accommodate any event with ease.  Bright dressing rooms accompany the large space.  Nearby classrooms are available as additional dressing and green room space.  Ten foot tall loading doors provide direct access to the ground level loading area.  Well-appointed bathrooms and a spacious lobby accompany this space.  The Robert R. Jay Performing Arts Center rivals any professional theatre.  You will be surprised to find a space of this level in a high school setting.  Look at the Remillard Family Atrium for more details about the bright and spacious lobby.

  • Remillard Family Atrium

    The Remillard Family Atrium serves as the lobby for the Robert R. Jay Performing Arts Center or it can host functions independently.  This almost two thousand square foot space with twenty four foot tall ceilings is bathed in light with floor to ceiling windows.  Overlooking the campus green, the atrium spills onto open patio space ideal for those warm weather events.  One end of the lobby is equipped with a built in projection screen and projector that disappear into the ceiling when not in use.  Easy access points for microphones, computer connections and audio connections allow for easy listening during your cocktail hour or a full scale lecture event.  Dark granite tiles and wall to wall cherry wood panels make this a warm and inviting space.  Well-appointed bathrooms can handle the demand of an intimate gathering or a sold out theatrical production.

  • Madeline M. Etre Conference Room

    Vast windows overlooking the campus green appoint two walls of this glorious space.  Solid cherry tables and plush red desk chairs can accommodate almost any configuration.  A ninety two inch television and ceiling mounted speakers provide the rooms flexible AV possibilities.  A small in room kitchenette includes a refreshment station, complete with a built in cabinet fridge and dishwasher. Warm, neutral walls, lush beams overhead and multiple lighting options will encourage your team to be as creative as the space is flexible.

  • Remillard Hall

    Lush red theatre chairs and cherry wainscoting bring this beautiful space to life.  The large podium with built in sound, lights and AV are designed with the ease of presentation in mind.  A complete wall of dry erase boards and a large built in projection screen provide ample display surface.  The control booth allows someone to assist the presenter with any technical needs they don’t want to control through the podium.  The gentle stadium seating allows easy access and an unobstructed view for every seat.  A Boston Baby Grand Piano and basic theatre lighting make this a wonderful spot for a piano recital or small ensemble concert.  The built in projection and Bose sound system has made this a favorite location for film festivals.

    This intimate space is ideal for meetings large and small.  The heavy cherry wood tables and comfortable desk chairs add a touch of elegance against the rich, red carpet.  Built in projection and dry erase boards provide presentation options.  A large attached kitchenette allows space to stage your lunch or a small reception.

  • Salem Student Commons

    The Salem Student Commons serves as the schools dining hall.  Renovated in 2006 this hall is bathed with light from three sides and a large glass ceiling.  Cafeteria style seating can be used or switched out for banquet style.  A built in projector and screen allow this space to be used for presentations with table or theatre style seating.  The attached professional kitchen is equipped to serve this space or outside catering can be used depending on the needs of the event.

    Classrooms of multiple sizes and styles are available. Brand new and renovated standard classrooms are available with student desks, ceiling mounted projectors and dry erase boards.  Computer and Science Labs are available in various locations throughout campus.  Classrooms are bright with natural light and fresh air available.  Air conditioning is available in some spaces.

  • Coaches Pavilion

    The Coaches Pavilion is the largest indoor facility on campus.  This flexible space has been home to championship teams and gala events alike.
    The Pavilion underwent extensive renovations in 2004.  This included a new maple floor, upgrades to lighting and sound, new bleachers, scoreboards, six basketball hoops and backboards and electrical upgrades.  The layout consists of one main court or two lateral side courts.
    The Coaches Pavilion can be easily redressed for a formal event.  A full floor of lush red carpeting, pipe and drape surrounding the room and built in accent lighting can transform this gymnasium from day to night.  Portable stage options, tables and curtains can further create a perfect space for a black tie gala, large scale lecture or concert event.  Theatrical lighting and sound provide additional flexibility to this space.

  • Pioneer Baseball Field

    The baseball field is set across the street from the main Saint John’s Campus.  The field and stands are a thing of beauty in themselves.  Saint John’s new baseball facility opened in 2013.  This new renovation project included replacing the entire field (infield and outfield) with new soil, improved drainage, planting new grass on the infield and outfield and added a full irrigation system with 100 sprinkler heads.  Other improvements included new dugouts, fencing, full handicap access, bathrooms, and state-of-the-art stadium seating behind home plate.  There is a large dedicated parking lot located directly next to the field.  This facility is the gem in Central Mass to enjoy America’s game.

  • Tennis Courts

    The five tennis courts were constructed in 2010 on the upper Physical Education Field.  This state-of-the-art facility includes a new drainage system, fencing, storage shed, wireless scoreboard, Plexi-Pave playing surface and aluminum bleachers.  All State Championships are held at this facility.

Saint John’s High School is located on a bucolic 168 acre campus in the heart of Central Massachusetts.  It boasts brand new facilities featuring state of the art classrooms and a professional caliber theatre.  Recently renovated spaces include immaculately kept athletic fields and banquet halls.  Saint Johns is easy to access from the Mass Pike, Routes 290, 140, 9 and the roads beyond.  Both on and off campus catering offer a world of possibilities.
