Alumni by Class

Many Saint John's graduates stay in the game, even after their playing days:

Bill White '60: served as the Head Coach of St. John's from 1988-2003, winning 5 District Championships, & the 2002 State Championship. Coach White, also served as the Head Coach of the West Boylston Legion team. He is a member of the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. 

George Reidy '95: served as the Head Coach of St. John's from 2004-2005, leading the Pioneers to the District Championship in 2005. He was the former Head Coach at Assumption University, West Boylston Legion, and Naples HS (FL).

Charlie Eppinger '92: served as the Head Coach of St. John's from 2006-2023, winning 2 district championships, & the 2017 State Championship. Prior to Saint John's, he was the Head Coach at Grafton High School.. Coach Eppinger is a member of the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Hall of Fame. 

Casey Cummins '08:
serves as the Head Coach of the Pioneers. Prior to Saint John's, he serves as the Head Coach at Sutton High School, Pitching Coach for the Worcester Bravehearts and Nichols College, as well as an Assistant Coach with the Bourne Braves of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Jaime Pinzino '93: serves as the Pitching Coach at East Tennessee State University. Previously, serves as the Head Coach at William & Mary, Assumption, and Bryant University, as well as an Assistant Coach at the University of Oklahoma, Tufts University, Northeastern University, Virginia Tech University, and the College of the Holy Cross.

John Jeniski '91:  served as an Assistant Coach at St. John's, Assumption University, College of the Holy Cross, and most recently was the Pitching Coach at Bryant University.

Ron Darling '78: TV Broadcaster for the NY Mets, TBS, and MLB network.

Lance Zawadzki '03: serves as the Assistant Hitting Coach with the Detroit Tigers. Following a ten year professional career, he served as a Hitting Coach in the Boston Red Sox minor league system. 

Tom Turco '82: served as an Assistant Coach at St. John's and Assumption University. Also, served as coach with the East Side, Northboro, and Auburn Legion teams.

Terry Reidy '88: served as an Assistant Coach at St. John's and Assumption University. Also, served as a coach with the West Boylston and Grafton Hill Legion teams.

Mike Alberts '92: served as an Amatuer Area Scout for 17 years for the Toronto Blue Jays and Washington Nationals. He has also coached several youth teams in central MA.

Brian Abraham '03: serves as the Director of Player Development for the Boston Red Sox. He was a member of the 2013 World Series Champions and has also worked as a bullpen catcher, advance scout, videographer, and batting practice pitcher for the Red Sox & Toronto Blue Jays.

Ryan O'Rourke '06: currently serves as an assistant coach for the Pioneers. Following a ten year professional career, he served as he served as a Volunteer Assistant Coach/Drector of Player Development at Holy Cross and the Player Development Coach for the Jr. WooSox AAU Baseball program. Coach O’Rourke is also a member of Ireland’s national baseball team. 

Chris Murphy '87: currently serves as an Assistant Coach at Worcester Academy. Previously, has served as coach at Assumption Univversity and for the Main South American Legion team.

Mike Abraham '11: serves as the Head Coach at Worcester Academy and with the North East Baseball program. Previously, served as an Assistant Coach at Saint John's. 

Nick Gallagher '05: formerly served as an Assistant Coach at Brandeis and MIT. Also, served as a coach with the West Boylston Legion team. 

Camden Murphy '14: serves as an Area Supervisor within the Scouting Department for the Pittsburgh Pirates. 

JR Thomas '93: 
served as a baseball, football, and lacrosse coach at Saint John's after playing collegiately at Maryland and professionally in Europe.

Chris DeSantis '02: serves as an Assistant Coach for the Shrewsbury American Legion team and was formerly a coach at Assumption University.

Joe Green '07: served as the Pitching Coach at Assumption. He, has, also coached girls basketball at Burncoat High School and Auburn High School.

Anthony Perry '12:  serves as the Pitching Coach at Worcester State University. Previously, served as the Junior Varsity Head Coach at Saint John’s and is also a pitching instructor at Evolution Baseball. 

PJ Browne '14:  serves as an Assistant Coach for the Shrewsbury American Legion team. Previously, served as the Pitching Coach at Franklin Pierece university and Fitchburg State University. 

Micah Cummins '13: coached for the Shrewsbury American Legion team and as the Student Assistant for the Assumption College baseball team. Currently, is an Assistant Football Coach at Worcester State University.
