'Little Shop of Horrors' overtakes Saint John's!

A man-eating plant and dozens of student-actors are debuting their performance next week.

Based on a 1950s B movie, Little Shop of Horrors chronicles the story of a man-eating plant on its quest for world domination. Full of catchy tunes and camp, this musical is sure to entertain while raising questions about morality and ambition.

Spot Audrey Two

The plant Audrey Two will be making appearances around campus starting Wednesday, October 26 through Monday October 31.  The first person to email theater@stjohnshigh.org after 2:30 p.m. each day with the location of Audrey will win two free tickets to the show.  Entries submitted before 2:30 p.m. will not be accepted. Please include your name, contact info, and the location of Audrey for that day. Entries will be accepted Wednesday through Friday and Monday, October 31.
 
Flower Arranging Demonstration
Saint John’s own Spanish teacher and Florist, Mr. Al DeLuca, will present a floral arranging demonstration on stage at 6:30 p.m. prior to the Thursday, November 3 show.  Come early for this fun and interesting demonstration!
 
Al DeLuca is accredited in floral design by the American Institute of Floral Designers and has been recognized for his outstanding contribution to the floral industry by the American Academy of Floriculture. His designs have been featured in both the Philadelphia and Boston Flower Shows. His mastery of floriculture ranges from contemporary to traditional and European styles.
